One of the top causes of fires in the home comes from a clothes dryer. These are preventable with a little maintenance & regular cleaning. Highland Park Volunteer Fire Department Captain Tim Langan came across this helpful video with some steps & suggestions, and an illustration of what can happen if the dryer catches on fire:
