Fire Prevention Week Thank You!

The 2013 Fire Prevention Week was a success!

A huge thank you to the school administrators, teachers, staff & students who welcomed the Highland Park Volunteer Fire Department during our school visits. Thank you to the Borough of Highland Park – everyone who came out to our Fire Prevention Open House and everyone who help spread the word.

Hundreds came to HPVFD Station 37 to learn about Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors, how to “Get Low & Go” and Safety Tips in the Kitchen including “How to Prevent Kitchen Fires”, which was the theme of the 2013 Fire Prevention Week.
